Some pictures of my second CNC machine - mostly made from MDF (Medium Density Fibreboard). The system has a vacuum table bed for pulling down the workpiece (generally flat - balsa, ply, PCB etc). Router is a Bosch POF 500A. Stepper controller is based on one of Dan Mauch's CCNC 3 axis boards.

This is a general arrangement, drawing is 3D DXF 1:1 in millimetres - no dimensions given - you can measure these on your CAD package.
Any errors are mea culpa but caveat emptor - you're on your own effectively. I'm giving this free - please don't hive it off as your own and sell the plans on eBay !
