I built this system many years ago - very simple, but it is surprising how well it works. Judging by the amount of free plans downloads over the years, most of the aeromodelling community must own one !

below, PLUS a simple foam calculator for the Macintosh or
PC - you'll be pleased to know that there is just ONE .exe
file for the PC - no installer needed, just drag it to your
Applications folder (or Program Files if you have a PC).
There is an FAQ in the pipeline about how to drive
everything - although, most of it is obvious.
Unfortunately, although the Mac version of the CNC
foamcutter I promised is practically finished, the problem
with I/O to the stepper motors remains a fairly big
problem. Meanwhile, I can highly recommend my "cousin"
Gilles Muller's CNC foam cutter software for the PC - his
site is here ...
